Terms & Conditions

1. Consent for Marketing

By participating, you consent to receive promotional messages, offers, and communication from Duroflex.

2. Content Moderation

  • All submissions will be quality-checked (QC).
  • Any text containing expletives, offensive, defamatory, political, religiously sensitive, or NSFW content will be rejected.
  • Duroflex reserves the right to withhold or edit content that violates brand guidelines.

3. Campaign Duration

This campaign is valid until 6th September 2025, after which new submissions will not be accepted.

4. Personalization Limits

Videos can be personalized only with names and city (in some cases). Character limit: 24 characters for name and city.

No product/service promotion, business names, or influencer/celebrity references (apart from Amala Paul) are allowed.

5. Non-Commercial Use

Personalized videos are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing is allowed on personal social media, but not for advertising or resale.

6. Data Privacy

Submitted details (names, numbers, emails) will only be used for campaign execution and communication by Duroflex. Data will not be shared with third parties except for campaign operations in line with our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All video content remains the intellectual property of Duroflex. Users may share their personalized videos but may not alter, remix, or misrepresent them.

8. Eligibility

Open only to participants residing in India. Entries must be from individuals aged 18+.

9. No Guarantee of Delivery

While Duroflex will make reasonable efforts to deliver all videos, technical failures or high demand may delay/limit delivery.

10. Right to Withdraw / Modify

Duroflex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Duroflex is not liable for issues arising from misuse, delayed delivery, or unauthorized sharing of videos.

12. Final Decision

The decision of Duroflex on content approval and delivery will be final and binding.
