This offer is valid for a limited period starting 11:59 PM on 01 October 2026, unless withdrawn or modified earlier by Duroflex. The offer ends on 7 November 2026 at 11:59 PM.

The offer is applicable only on eligible purchases made at Duroflex Experience Centres, Duroflex Website and Authorised Duroflex Experience Hubs.

It is not applicable at MBOs, EBOs or other partner/multi-brand stores.

The offer is applicable only on select Duroflex products, variants, sizes and quantities as communicated at the store and/or displayed on the applicable products on the website.

Offer eligibility and the value/composition of the free hamper may vary depending on the product, size and quantity purchased.

On eligible mattress purchases, customers can avail either the applicable Festive Hamper OR an additional 5% discount on the Listed CSP, wherever applicable.

Both benefits cannot be availed together on the same eligible purchase.

Depending on the eligible product and purchase configuration, customers may receive the applicable Festive Spark, Festive Cheer, Festive Love, Festive Joy, Festive Luxe, Festive Max or Festive Grand Hamper, as specified at the time of purchase.

The contents and stated MRP value of each hamper may vary by offer tier.

The name of the offers can be changed by Duroflex without any intimation.

All free gifts are subject to availability. Duroflex reserves the right to replace any free gift with another product of equivalent or higher value in case of non-availability, without changing the core purchase entitlement.

Free gifts under the offer will be dispatched separately from a central location and may therefore be delivered separately from the purchased product.

Customers cannot ask for carry-away gifts under this offer.

Products are also and may be available without this offer as well.

The MRP indicated for free gifts represents the applicable MRP of the products included in the hamper. The MRP and prevailing selling price of such products may be different.

No cash or credit can be claimed against the difference.

Free gifts, hampers and promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product except where expressly permitted by Duroflex.

Customised products/orders are not eligible for replacement under this promotional offer.

Other applicable terms relating to customised products will continue to apply.

If an eligible mattress is returned and a refund becomes payable under an applicable quality return or 100-Night Trial, the free gifts supplied with the original purchase will not be taken back.

An amount equivalent to 50% of the MRP of the free gift(s)/Festive Hamper received will instead be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers may additionally be eligible for a Gold Voucher based on the Final Bill Value of the eligible purchase.

For the purpose of this offer, Final Bill Value means the final amount payable by the customer after application of all applicable discounts and including applicable taxes, as reflected on the final invoice.

Only the highest applicable Gold Voucher slab will apply to an eligible invoice.

In the event of a full or partial return, cancellation or refund, the Gold Voucher entitlement will be recalculated based on the revised Final Bill Value after such return or cancellation.

If the revised Final Bill Value falls into a lower Gold Voucher slab, or becomes ineligible for a Gold Voucher, the difference in the applicable Gold Voucher value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unless specifically communicated otherwise by Duroflex, this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon, discount or benefit on the same product/invoice.

Promotional benefits will be determined based on the eligible products and offer conditions applicable to the final invoice.

Splitting, clubbing or modifying invoices solely for the purpose of obtaining additional promotional benefits will not be permitted.

Duroflex reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the offer or any part thereof at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility for the offer, applicable hamper, discount and Gold Voucher will be as reflected in the final invoice/order confirmation and applicable promotional communication.

Standard Duroflex product warranty, delivery, cancellation, return, trial and other applicable terms and conditions will continue to apply in addition to these promotional terms.
